A Curious State of Affairs …

Since my sidebar is getting a little full I thought I’d start a Trophy Room. It’s lovely to have fellow bloggers and writers think you’re worthy of an award, so I’m proud to post my latest trophies with HUGE THANKS to the lovely folk that gave them to me!

The Writer’s Roar in my sidebar, was given to me by Mr Peace – sadly he hasn’t blogged much this year but when he does it is witty and funny writing! Thank you!

The Blog Tease Award in my sidebar, came from Stephen at Juggling Cats but he has deleted his blog now! Thank you! I loved his blog! It’s a wonder he didn’t charge me rent I was there so often!

The Rockin Girl Blogger award in my sidebar, was given to me by Joey of JoeyMoggie. Joey has had a bit of a sabbatical recently but her blogs are fun and witty and full of cats when she writes them!

E for Excellent blog award was given to me by Marla at my Semi-charmed kind of Life - Marla writes about her day to day life and is a very talented quilt maker. Thanks Marla!

July 2008. We’ve been a fans of Diva kitty and the fluffies for simply ages (Milo since the day he arrived!), so you can imagine how delighted we are to find that the Gorgeous Diva Kitty and DKM have given  “Wee Milo & My English Auntie” a fabulous award! We’re thrilled, thank you! If you haven’t read Diva Kitty and the The Fluffies  blog before, you’re in for a treat!

6th December 2008: Another wonderful award from Java Queen is below … thank you so very much. It is an award given in the spirit of finding something that you don’t like about yourself (or your life) and “working on that” – and believe me during my life I’ve had to work on a lot … and it’s still ongoing. In fact my whole life has been a work in progress … and probably always will be … so this is a very appropriate award for me:

23rd April 2009 -  Melanie  gave me the Premio Dardos Award  this week.  Premio Dardos means “prize darts” in Italian, and is given for recognition of cultural, ethical, literary, and personal values transmitted in the form of creative and original writing.
