First a golden oldie favourite of mine. The visual images aren’t related to the post but the music is as great now as it was in the 1960s!

I’m away from home for a few days visiting my two sons and their families, my mother, brother and his partner and their pets, meeting up with my girl friends for supper (the “golden girls” we’ve been friends for simply years – and we meet up every month for a meal and a chatter despite now living 150 miles apart) and I’ll be generally gadding about and taking photos. Oh, and working too …..  and Milo is staying at home with his Dad (I shall miss them both).

I decided NOT to take my laptop with me – that way, if I get any spare time,  I will read a good book instead of blogging!  I spend way too much time on the computer as it is. LOL! (Current read: Nineteen Minutes by Jodi Picoult)
