I was running myself a bath of water this morning and as I reached for the bubble bath to add to it - I suddenly realised that every picture really does tell a story!!
Take the bubble bath in our home for instance (all purchased at the same time):

The Calm me bottle is almost empty! Now why doesn’t this surprise me? We both use this almost daily.
The Fragranced luxury cream bath is clearly second choice (although interestingly the bottle is bigger indicating more of a desire)
The Restorative bath soak is way down the list of preferred choice to use, despite it being described as daily, because it’s still almost full – although the fact that we purchased it in the first place does indicate an unconscious desire to be restored! We both tend to use this one at the weekend – funny that!
These choices seem to say we lead a stressful life, hanker after luxury, and after a day at work just don’t want to be re-energised to start all over again! Lol! I’d say they’re spot on correct.
Whenever we purchase items, or reach to use them, we make a choice – and that choice says a lot about our lifestyle. That’s psychology for you – because as Freud would say, no choice is truly random – it’s about unconscious desire.
Have you checked your bubble bath recently?

I don’t do the bubble bath thingie, girl, I stand under a bucket with a hole punched in it in the backwoods, shave with an axe (no shaving cream!) chew concertina wire and piss napalm!
I wrestle grizzlies for sport, and juggle chainsaws while holding an armed grenade in my teeth!
When I REALLY feel adventurous, I drink the water!
